1 Introduction

2 Eligibility

Access to the i8fb Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the conditions listed below before registering an account or placing any bet:

i8fb reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in account restrictions until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of i8fb services, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile number, and preferred payment method details.

3.2 One Account Rule

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the i8fb Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details — is strictly prohibited. i8fb uses device fingerprinting, IP tracking, and payment method analysis to detect duplicate registrations.

If i8fb identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended, and any balances may be forfeited pending investigation. Where fraudulent intent is established, the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

3.3 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all information held on your account remains accurate and up to date. Changes to your personal details (such as a change of mobile number or residential address) must be reported to i8fb support promptly. i8fb cannot be held responsible for failed transactions or communications resulting from inaccurate account information.

3.4 Account Credentials

Your username and password are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. i8fb will treat all activity performed using your login credentials as having been authorised by you. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact i8fb support immediately at [email protected].

4 Know Your Customer (KYC) & Identity Verification

i8fb operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in line with standard responsible gambling and anti-money-laundering practices. All players are required to complete identity verification before processing their first withdrawal, and may be required to complete verification at any earlier point at i8fb's discretion.

4.1 Documents Required

Standard KYC documentation required by i8fb includes, but is not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or birth registration certificate)
• Proof of residential address in Bangladesh (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 90 days)

4.2 Verification Timeline

i8fb aims to complete standard KYC verification within 24 to 72 hours of receiving all required documents. During this period, withdrawal processing may be placed on hold. You will be notified by email or live chat message upon completion of verification.

4.3 Consequences of Non-Verification

Accounts that remain unverified after repeated requests from i8fb may be restricted from withdrawal access. In cases where fraudulent documentation is submitted, the account will be permanently suspended and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities.

5 Deposits

All deposits to i8fb accounts are made in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) with no currency conversion applied at any stage. i8fb does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which i8fb accepts no responsibility.

i8fb may impose maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at a platform level or at an individual account level. 5.3 Deposit Integrity

Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned (less any applicable processing fees) and may lead to account suspension.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. i8fb does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6.1 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal request is approved, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• Your account must be fully KYC verified (see Section 4).
• The amount requested must not include bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement.
• There must be no open investigation or pending security review on your account.

6.3 Withdrawal Fees

i8fb does not charge a platform-side fee for standard withdrawal requests. However, where a player requests more than three withdrawals within a single calendar week, a nominal processing fee of ৳25 may be applied to subsequent requests within that week.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

i8fb offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing registered members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any offer-specific terms published on the relevant promotion page.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered members only. Eligibility criteria vary by promotion and are stated on each offer page.
• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds in your account wallet. Real-money funds are always used first when placing bets, unless a promotion specifies otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any portion of a bonus or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each offer.
• i8fb reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

7.3 Sports Promotions

8 Betting Rules

All bets placed on i8fb are subject to the following general betting rules. Sport-specific rules for cricket, football, kabaddi, and other available markets are published in the dedicated rules section of each sport's betting lobby.

8.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation notification displaying a unique bet reference number. i8fb reserves the right to refuse any bet, in whole or in part, at its discretion without providing a reason. Odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed.

8.2 Void Bets

i8fb may void a bet if: the event to which it relates is cancelled or postponed beyond the applicable settlement period; the odds were published in error due to a technical fault; or the bet was placed after the outcome of the event was already known (late betting). Voided bets are returned to your account balance in full.

8.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets operate with real-time odds that may be suspended at any point during a match. Bets placed during a suspension will not be accepted. i8fb uses independent data feeds to settle in-play bets and the official match data from the relevant sporting body will take precedence in all disputes.

8.4 Minimum & Maximum Stake

The minimum stake per bet on i8fb is ৳50. Maximum stakes vary by sport, market type, and event. i8fb reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on specific accounts where betting patterns indicate systematic exploitation of pricing discrepancies.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may lead to legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other point of account management
• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or use automated betting tools or bots
• Engaging in money laundering, match-fixing, or any other criminal activity through the Platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing i8fb staff or other players via any communication channel
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players or the administrative systems of i8fb

10 Responsible Gaming

i8fb is committed to providing a safe and controlled gambling environment. We believe that gambling should always be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress or personal harm. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered members at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.

Any unauthorised use of i8fb intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, i8fb's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

i8fb shall not be liable for any loss or damage that falls into the following categories:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or corruption of data
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, technical faults, or third-party service interruptions
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. i8fb makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

i8fb collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data processing activities include: account management, identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention and anti-money-laundering checks, personalised promotion delivery, and customer support communications. i8fb does not sell personal data to third parties and uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmissions between your device and the Platform.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, and deletion of personal data held by i8fb, subject to legal retention obligations. Such requests should be submitted in writing to [email protected].

14 Amendments to These Terms

i8fb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The version of these Terms bearing the most recent effective date (displayed in the hero section at the top of this page) supersedes all prior versions. Archived versions of previous Terms are available upon written request.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of fair dealing and general commercial practice applicable to digital services operating in the Bangladesh market.
